What are my payment options?
You can pay using any of the following methods:
bKash
Bank transfer to our bank account at South East Bank.
Cash on delivery (only for total order value more than Taka 1500)
PayPal/Credit/Debit Card. You can only use this method if you have an International card. Any card issues in Bangladesh will not be accepted.

Can I use an International Card?

PayPal-Visa-Master-Card
Yes, you can use your international Credit or Debit card to pay for an item. You can also use your PayPal account to pay for items. If you don’t have a PayPal account you can use the PayPal checkout method to pay for the items using your Credit or debit card.

Can I use a Credit/Debit Card issue in Bangladesh?

No. Unfortunately we do not accept any card issued in Bangladesh due to payment gateway issues. We hope to accept payment from cards issued in Bangladesh in the near future.

 

Refund:

Can I return my item if I change my mind?
You have fourteen-day cooling-off period (see terms and condition for details). You can return any item purchased from us within 14 days of receiving it. Please email us first for approval to return the item. We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case; within 14 days of the day you have given notice of your cancellation, provided the goods have been returned to us in the same condition as delivered.
In this case, we will refund 90% of the price of the Product and an admin fee of 10% will be deducted from the actual price. We will not refund any delivery charges. However, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us. We recommend that all items are returned via a recorded delivery method, as we will not be liable for any damage or loss when in transit;
No refund will be given to any product purchased from us after 30 days of purchase date.

Can I return a defective or faulty item?
If you receive a faulty or defective item (Dead on arrival) you need to email us first for approval and then return it to us within 30 days. We will examine the returned Product and if you are entitled, we will notify you of our intentions to either repair, replace or refund via e-mail within a reasonable period of time.

We will usually process your repair, replacement or refund as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days of receiving the defective Product. If you elect a refund of a Product returned by you because of a defect it will be refunded as per our refunds policy, including a refund of the part of the delivery charge which related to that defective Product for sending the item to you and the cost incurred by returning the defective Product to us. If you are entitled to a repair or replacement of a defective Product we will not charge you for redelivery of the repaired or replaced Product.
